Mt. Fox Progress Association Inc.
The Mt. Fox Community Progress Association Inc. is an active grassroots volunteer group. The Association represents community issues and concerns, stands up for nature, manages the Mt. Fox public campground, and plays active roles in the local state school and rural fire brigade.
Our Story
Our community group was formed many years ago by our forefathers but was never registered or formalised.
We decided to register as an incorporated body in 2023 when it became clear that an incorporated group was needed to meet the increasing roles undertaken by our volunteers.
Simultaneously, new planning issues were becoming more prevalent, requiring formal submissions to local councils and planning agencies.
We hold monthly markets at the campground, so come over and say hi. We welcome new residents and tourists alike to our little village atop the Seaview Ranges.
